I've seen it work with success. Of course its dangerous as it is only a money management system to recover a previous loss. Just need to be used with money you can afford to lose. I don't recommend it but I'm tired of being negative on everyone that uses it.
If its public and people understand it is a time bomb, no reason to say don't use it. It should be common sense and perfect for a degenerate gambler.
