This is really sound and often overlooked advice.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.
Well, that should be solely your decision. The only suggestion you should take to heart is the universal forex rule “Never risk more than what you can lose.” Investing only the amount which you feel is safe for you financially even if the trade movement goes against your favour. You should begin with a small amount, and then gradually move on to larger sum of capital when you are confident with your strategy.

Traders should consider only that much that they are ready to lose. A big trading amount does not necessarily mean a big profit since big trading amounts lead to big losses too.
It is better to start small and grow your account gradually as you gain skills and experience as a forex trader. You don’t need to risk a huge amount to get into forex. Just focus on learning and understanding the market in the beginning. You will earn enough profits once you become a good trader.
When it comes to investing in foreign exchange (FX), it is important to only invest an amount that you can afford to lose. This is because FX is a volatile market and prices can move quickly, resulting in losses. By only investing an amount that you can afford to lose, you will be less likely to experience financial hardship if your investments lose value.
It depends on the trader and how much capital they are willing to risk. However, it is always recommended to trade small amounts at first.
As a beginner, you must not invest a big amount. You better start small so that you stay safe and make sure to know your broker enough. Use brokers comparison tool

It is dependent on both your financial capabilities and your level of comfort with taking risks. There are neither minimum or maximum requirements placed on the amount of money you can invest in the market.

IMO, one should always start with small amount. Many people believe that if they had a large amount of capital, they would be able to attain huge profits. But he reality is that you will lose every penny if you lack the necessary knowledge and expertise regardless of the amount of money you invest.

It depends on you! And what you are looking to achieve and your risk appetite.
If you are a beginner then you should start small, if you are an experienced trader then you can invest more or however you like.
Here is my tip - never invest that much which you can't afford to lose.

I started with small capital and eventually expanded it as I gained more experience and knowledge.
Always trade forex according to your risk tolerance. Do not trade with the money you can’t afford to lose. Beginners should always start with small trading capital so that it won’t be highly risky. Also, don’t risk more than 1-2% of your trading capital. Have a proper understanding of the market and use risk management.

I think a beginner should start with a micro account first and stick to trading with smaller position sizes for a while. You should not depend too much on leverage as it will amplify the risk. You don’t need to start trading with a huge amount of money as a beginner. But make sure to gradually add more funds to your account as you become skilled and profitable later on.
