It takes more getting used to I'll give you that as it moves faster but price is fractal and the same structures appear on all time frames. Learn to spot them and it all slows down.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.

I prefer longer time frames, as they offer more reliable signals. I tried to follow shorter time frames, but I couldn’t find them reliable, as they were polluted with false moves and noise. To define a primary trend of my trade, I think long time frames work the best.
