Yes, but i assure you I get also positive slippage. As I said with my type of trading price slippage is not an issue. But a big one for EA-s. I unfortunately never worked in the industry and I don't know much about every regulation agency. I believe I once read that CySEC inflict ridiculous fine whenever a broker is caught cheating.
