Ok! I've just finish chatting with UniversalFX. They are having some server problems and assured me that will cover all my losses.
That feels good. Let's see how it goes then.

Time to deal with UniversalFX.
They have changed servers twice since I've opened my account.
The account is no longer updating and myfxbook is unable to help me, not their fault though. Thanks Ethan for your effort.
The platform and trading is often disabled.
My open trades are not closing with my EA strategy, neither am I able to close them manually because it's OFF QUOTES all the time.
Their website is often offline. Today is not the case because I've just checked and it's back online.
I will try to withdraw my money at some point in time and see if I will succeed.

Posting the Warning from past page:
:::WARNING:::
This is a High Risk strategy, but the reward is worth the risk (I do think so ).
I use automated Trailing Stop and manual Equity Close as SL.
There won't be more than one trade open at the same time and there's no increments in this strategy.
Most of the time trades are closed within one day or two but there may be an occasion or two that they may go open for several days before closing
I keep open trades under supervision and if I detect anomalies or signs of a bad trade, I close it manually.
If everything goes accordingly to the backtes......

Stats restored successfully! [smiley]

Just posting one last pic of the account before deleting it and try to reconnect it to see if I can get it to read the right stats.
If I can't get it to read the right stats I will open a new account and I will transfer the balance to the new account.
For the record the account was open with $250 and is now sitting at $604.36

Just posting ThinkForex email regarding the spike:
" Hi Joe,

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Thank you,

I would like to ask to the members here at myfxbook with accounts at ThinkForex if they had the same spike on JPY pairs?
I would appreciate your answer, just to clear my doubts.
Thanks.

Alright! My money has been restored to where it belongs - my account.
Even though I'm not too happy with the incident, I have to admit that ThinkForex did act very quickly solving the problem.
But now the stats at myfxbook are not reflecting the truth and that is not fair neither good for business. [smiley]
I'm going to have to close this account and reopen this strategy with a brand new account starting from scratch.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
But having a second thought it will be better if it happens the same way than for real and lose all the money. [grin]
So! This accou......

Holy cow!!!
Ok! this is not what you think! This didn't happen in reality if you look at your charts just now. But it scared the crap out of me.
ThinkForex is telling me it was an error and it will restore the account's balance to where it was before the spike.
See pics.
The funny thing is, the spike was in my favour because I had a Sell with 10 pips Trailing Stop and it closed in loss at a level never reached 90.115
I said this strategy is High Risk but Geez! I don't want to scare people like this.
It didn't happen yet! :))
