Hi Dustin, from v1.95, the Risk Level return to RL1/RL2/RL3 again? what is the difference between 1.95 and 1.94?

Back in November 2011 I chose the Tradency setup at WorldProFX. Since then they have dropped Tradency and I use MT4 to monitor my account. I was very cautious at the beginning so I'm now at 140%. I was able to compare my data to Tom's which anyone can download from Myfxbook.
RL1, which became 100% in Tradency at some point, is 0.01, a microl......

recently found the setting of TOMs EA is changed (did not noticed every time with auto login).
with v1.94. the risk level is 1-30. not 1-3 like before. what is the reason for such change? if the risk level is 15, what does it mean? this change is main for large account (>100K deposition)?
and setting mentioned that If however you have a platform where 1 lot is 1 dollar a pip, Then IsNanoAccount should be set to true
a dollar a pip is Mini account, why IsNanoAccound shoud be "True"?
