I don't know the answer to question #1 but I do know the answer to question #2.

Cave Manager allows you to set how much of your position you would like to close.

For example, if you have 2 mini lots open, you can close a batch or part of your order at TP1 and close another part or batch at T2. I believe you can even close another batch or part at T3 if you want. It is a very versatile trade management EA.

So to reiterate, you can open a 2 mini lot trade, and close 1 mini lot or 50% of the batch at T1 and another 50% at T2. If you have a micro lot account, you can even close 40% or 8 micros at T1, 20% or 4 micros at T2 and 40% or 8 micros at T3.

And the possible scenarios are endless. It all depends on your strategy and your style or trading psychology of taking profits.
