You are aware that MT is available as an app for phones? You can also write sms's and e-mails into your EA, and send from the EA. You can also load remote desktop apps on your phone. SMS and twitter is probably the worst option of all of them.

If you have the source code simply comment out the code that creates the objects. They're very unlikely to be the source of the calculations. It's simply a graphical representation of the calculations. If you don't, wait till the test stops, click on the chart, hit: Control B, Contral A and delete....that will delete all of them, or Control B and select what you want deleted...

But why as an SMS ? If you tweet @Long EURUSD it will pitch up on your twitter client, which is on your phone already. Similarly depending on your twitter client you can create a column that looks for those tweets...

Do you have the source code for the EA? If you open the navigator and right click the EA does it ask you if you want to modify it?If it doesn't then you can't, if it does, then click it and you'll be able to edit it.

What a load of bullshit. Obviously it's English. Secondly is math. I've never been in a country where a pen and pencil and simple math couldn't get a message across. People are people and a simple nod goes a long way to convey a message unless you're Indian and you do that funny head bob thing. No one really know what that means. But then again it's hard to take someone who feels the need to shower with a "penis protector" seriously. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? @StoneHeart The High Close Open Low could also be 0, which means not enough history or the data for the pair is not there, iow's the pair is not on this broker.So @EAcomparison So open all the pairs you're trying to trade, and make sure you got enough data on the time frame you're trying to trade. Simply drag your charts back a bit.

Wide spreads most likely, check the spread before you trade. Always!If you have the source code see if it checks for spread if it doesn't you bought a brick.

Why would you bother with the news? The current markets are so heavily and openly manipulated, the news will be to support that agenda, whatever it may be. You have no chance of interpreting it, you have no chance of interpreting the markets reaction to it. It's simply an exercise in propaganda and futility. Sit out the news, wait till the whips are out of the markets and then see which way it goes if it goes at all. No need at all to watch news. 99% of news events I'm either on my bicycle or asleep. Couldn't give a @#$#@ what the latest propaganda is.

And it's also completely in-accurate. MT thing. Industry thing apparently....DD should be current equity vs highest equity, or lowest vs highest equity. However, they have a second method which is more correct. The DD tab. It's different to how DD is calculated in the systems main page, you'll see the figure is different. I use that one, more accurate.

You'd need to know where the transactions were, what volume at what price. In retail fx in general you do not have access to that information. The volumes MT provides are tick counters. Not volume of trades at levels. It's the count of packets of information coming in that has nothing to do with trade volumes that you can get weighted averages from. So the information, like any other volume based indicator is use in fx today, would be useless.
