set up medatrader4?

wondering how to run multiple accounts on metatrader4 basically I'm retrieving signals from a provider into my account A with one broker that has large spread on some currency pairs. I want another account B using a different broker with lower spread on say Eur/Usd for example, so when I receive signal to trade in account A it trades 1 lot and that signal is then sent to b to trade 10 lots

Its a broker.
illuminati, there are a couple of working ''trade copier'' or ''signal copier''s out there, just search in the different forums.., I dont remember the exact names... s
