I'm not going to fine tune for my broker. I think that's pure BS, just to give people stuff to believe it, and waste time trying. Of course you will get different performance with different parameters, but the main reason I bought this EA was the claim to be broker independent (the second reason was the high pips expectancy shown on the page).
So far none of these seem to be true, but again, I'm not concerned given the very short period of forward testing. If around Feb 8 (about 3 weeks days into purchase) the signs are not favorable, I'll just ask for a refund and that's it. For me even the experience I had so far with backtesting (the first time I did such an extensive one) was good, so it's all good. Hi there, As you may be concerned about the past few days of trading, we have definitely hit a rough patch with the trades. I wanted to let you know I'm working on a quick and emergency update. This update would aim to reduce trading frequency slightly to make it more accurate, PLUS the AIM is to also improve the trailing stop so it does not lose the profits that you may have seen it missed. Again, still good robot, and I'm sure we are patient you would see a proper turn around, but I'm going to make this emergency update to help! Thanks! FFM Team Less than a week after release, here comes a patch... Not a good sign, for me, but at least the team shows interest, and that's better than nothing. BTW it is very early to say good/bad. lets wait and see. I hope it does a good job and we can use it.

the order algo can be correct due it opens with every bar. this means it may waiting for the new fractal. ForexScam posted: You can add 150 - 300 a week on the filters up to the max range to improve results. Keep Fine tuning until your 30 days pass by.  if you add fractals to your M15 chart, your trade will enter right after the new fractal. If its a Down fractal, you'll be Long, If its an Up fractal you'll be Short, The concept is ' Bounce off support and resistance and ride the longer momentum. If, nothing happens within 9 hours, or if Monemtum goes the opposite way, close the trade and/or adjust( tighten) the SL. This bots Logic isn't sophisticated enough to run 24/7. of course you have a Filter depth to decrease or increase activity, but how is this going to help? Trade The Trend! Defend To Price! |

Id like to see your backtests please. cOUld you also post a graph of the last 12 months? Not 10 yrs, Id like to see a resent history chart. Longer charts tend to cover up drawdowns.

this is what I get
in no hedge mode. I'm running some additionnal back tests. the kpt parameter appear to provide 10% more profits when we pla with. another point, each currency has to be fine tuned, the parameters are really different from 1 to another! Prílohy:

in hedge mode the performance is near 20000$ less powefull. (75000$ compared to 93000$)
for usdchf, hedge mode = 22300$ non hedge (back test in progress) but apparently I can get 38000$ (from 5000$ risk at 10%) so we can quickly get 20% more profit by optimising the EA for the account. |
