when i found that my project management was not going to live up to my expectations, i decided to study management for myself.

did i go to the library and read books about management?

no, i did not.

to begin, i read a few of mr bill gates's books and a few of donald trump's books.

mr gates taught me that if i expect to be a leader in my field that there is no need to get permission from any person for almost any thing that i need to do. just do it and then get permission later. i am sure that he is probably more tactful in carrying out some things than am i, but nevertheless.

the donald always emphasized the importance of having one's ducks in a row. i remember how he commented about other persons that when they were trying to get into the casino business that they would buy the land and build the building and hire their staff and they did not even have their permits to run a casino yet. mr trump is quite simply a wonderfully focused man.

and then i studied some of this world's most evil dictators in order that i might learn their management techniques and that hopefully i might also learn from their mistakes in order that i might properly run my trading group in a harmonious fashion.
