Hi, Can any traders direct me to a reputable, reliable broker(s) that allow market order to be as close as 5pips to the current market price?

If I understand you correctly, you want to be able to place a pending order less than 5 pips from the current Ask/Bid price?

If that's the problem any market maker should do the trick - In theory you can place a pending order between Ask and Bid-price, to see if any opposite orders will fill yours.

As for the reputation and reliability, you have to check for yourself, I've only tried FXCM-UK and they didn't offer microlots a year ago when I needed them to (you can get that now with a minimum 1000$ deposit - just e-mail their support).

Cheers
