make sure pop up blocker allows pop up windows from oanda. also make sure you have selected 'FX Practice' tab selected when you log in.

also it doesn't hurt to throw salt over your shoulder and invoke the spirit of a fish called Oanda.

try having them email you the credentials again, then copy and paste, username and password
