Trade history shows 2013 trades but no trades issued to VPS for license holders. All settings are proper. No answers to emails to support. What is going on?

@Ken .. curious if you've discovered anything regarding your inquiry?
(At one point I was involved with this EA as well, but wondering if I should give it additional attention..)
