Hi to you too. I'm more a basic VPS user and have never been at the level of system admin..
All I can say is that since they gave me a me "clean" IP and I used a much tougher password from a password generator I have not had further problems. Since the time of my last post on the ratings page, I have not had any outages I know of and have not had any problems with log in. Its only been a week and a half though but for now, touch wood, they seem to be as good as their word. They forward dated my billing date and still gave me the option of refund if still unsatisfied.
