WW EA performed really poorly for me after purchase, and when I requested a refund, Boris refused. He wanted to keep my money, so he said I could "transfer" my purchase to another EA he had, but I wanted my money back (and the other EA had poor performance too). Obviously, money is tight for Boris - he is probably not having any success with his EAs.
