This trading style attempts to take advantage of the fact that the market frequently retraces. Most trades are based on a retracement, often associated with news events. Sometimes trades will be taken that are not retracements. Most trades are intraday, though some will be held overnight. Generally, stop losses are kept tight, 10-20 pips, but occasionally are placed as far out as 100 pips. One to four planned entries and exits are frequently used per trading opportunity.
