I've never had a single requote on any of my trades (I trade ~50 standard lots monthly) since I opened my account with them at the end of last year. I came to IBFX because they touted their new order execution software and promoted that with high execution rates. And I have been very satisfied. They show 99.88% execution rate, which doesn't leave very much room for all the requotes you're talking about. The spread widening, on the other hand, is indicative of true market prices.
