Oh well I think I scared him off by asking him to send me the results! Never mind, I just saved myself £130.
I've used another guy instead who charged me £40 and got it sorted in a day. Just a couple of little bits to iron out but SO much better!
I think the moral of this thread is "maybe not a wise idea to use trading automatics" !!!
If he ever does get back to me I will be telling him his services are not required...

I recieved the back tests. Well, i say i recieved the back tests but they weren't actually the backtests or the screen shot that i'd requested.
They don't appear to match up with my manual calculations at all, so i've asked for some more examples. (Preferably the one's i originally asked for)
It's funny though, because the results that they've sent me are actually really profitable. I got really excited at first, before i checked if they matched up with my strategy...
Maybe i should forget the strategy that i aksed them to develop into an EA for me and go with the one they've created anyway? ......

I came accross this post after giving trading automatics my strategy. They say it's ready and have sent me the bill, but after reading this, i'm feeling very nervous about it!
I've asked them to send me a screen shot of some back tests that i have the figures for (worked them out manually) and a screen shot of todays chart. Not going to send this guy any cash until i've taken a look!
I'll keep you posted with the results.
