To everyone : I am not the editor of this EA. Here is the official MyFxbook: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/odrisb/gridmeupfx-2011/107990 I can not answer all messages in private, thank you to post your questions on the official forum to share knowledge and problems associated with its use. To answer common questions : 1- where to buy enhanced version ? The official site http://gridmeupfx.is-leet.com/ 2- What version do you use ? 2.6 3- I do not have the same results as you with my broker, why? I use GMU with others brokers (Alpari UK and FxPro) and I have not same results like Peppersto......
@youngchang I use default settings with TradeMonthEnd = false Next trade, monday.
oui
@Will Schaarrand Yes it is a real account, you believe it or not Try for yourself, a free version is available (basic version) http://gridmeupfx.is-leet.com/download.html I have nothing to prove and with the risk I take, I will lose everything sooner or later. @chjungen It's a personal choice. Indeed, I can base my lot size on the risk percentage.
I change lot size (0.20) Default settings except : UseSmartLots = false UseRiskLots = false RiskPercent = 1 UseManualLots = true ManualLotSize = 0.20 NonUSProfitCalcs=true (Euro account) ======================================================== Very high risk DO NOT do the same thing as me, keep lot size to 0.01 below 10 000 $ !!! ======================================================== @emin deniz You can use GridMeUpFX with any broker (ECN or MM) with spread under 3 pips (GBP/USD) The official site : gridmeupfx.is-leet.com
Yes I'm crazy ... and I like it [wink] I'm doing backtests on version 2.2 (not the higher, backtests crashes) and the results for the DD are extremely high. I use this EA with other brokers (FxPro, Alpari) and I request a withdrawal of my profits every week. I get my initial investment. Lot size 0.13 is just for the fun. More risk for more profit !
I change lot size (0.11) + update to version 2.6 Very high risk DO NOT do the same thing as me, keep lot size to 0.01 below 10 000 $ !!! (If you have problems using Guardian, contact the admin or post a message on the official forum).
New version available "2.7 - Optional" : - DynamicProfitMode (true is default) has been added as an option. If set to False the Step + ATR will NOT be used to automatically adjust the ProfitTarget. Set this to False to keep the ProfitTarget static for all grid baskets. Also set DynamicProfitStep=0 and AsianLotMultiplier=1. I don't know why you wouldn't want the ProfitTarget adjusted according to market conditions but this has been added for those that want it.
Return the version 2.2 (better than the other versions in my opinion) I keep the lot size to 0.1 = Very high risk Do not do the same thing as me, keep lot size to 0.01 below 10 000 $ I made some baktests and DD can be very important.
Hi, Sorry for my late response. @ Dem_mad When your account is validated by the admin you can access all the versions on the forum
