I've been using their ForexVPS Lite for 3 months. The only reason I still stay with them is they are cheap and I prepaid for the charges. There're problems with my VPS, sometimes I can't login to my server because "invalid password" but I didn't change my password (have I been hacked?). I've to wait till their support chat is "online" (I'm Asian...wait till Asian afternoon time) to call for help to reset/reboot my VPS. It's really bad if it is down when I'm asleep as my EAs may stop working. Although I can remote reboot my VPS...but only in the case I can login with "......
