will why is there a 40% DD on 2/24? I thought max DD would be 20% due to the equity protection?
saying "old school" is old school

OK but you didnt answer my question. Why did the account tracked on here (your vendor account) NOT close the positions at 15% loss, when the users running live DID? What is the explanation? What "issue" caused this?

FXPapa, can I ask what you specifically mean by "fixing stop loss issue"? I dont see what the "issue" was. Please clarify. What it seemd like, very clearly, is that your forward test did NOT close the trades when the 30% open trade DD was hit. Period. What is complex about that, or is an "issue" that can be corrected? This suggests that you in fact had the risk setting set much higher than the 15 you claimed (you actually SAID it was 15% but if we give you the benefit of the doubt and say you meant to say risk of 15 which would be 30%) or off completely, because......
Michel, my comment wasnt about his EA's. I *have* purchased some of them in the past. I dont currently use any of them now. I *do* use the SFBI very profitably. Period. And NONE of the opinions on Don's EA's is relevant in the discussion here regarding his MANUAL system. As I already pointed out, whether this account is live or demo is irrelevant, it is still valid results and stats reporting, and given the length of trades the results should *NOT* vary between demo and live. If you are as "experienced" as you claim, you would know that. So stick to the topic, watch the stats here, a......
First of all you nitwits, you keep yammering about Don's EA's, but this system is his manual trading using the SFBI, not an EA. Secondly, when the average trade length is 2 or 3 hours or whatever it is here, there is no difference between demo account vs live account results. So if you want to criticize go right ahead, but at least make logical sense.

birt did u upgrade to v2.5 or is this forward test going to remain the original version?
I agree. But I have dozens of EA's, and will likely use dozens more different ones in the future. How can I universally edit the EA's?
