No didn't realise I could analyze the account from the start date, but it is only a very small amount of money and as I mentioned above:"if you can start for as low as 1K, see the equity and balance at all times on your MT4 and have control of the account at all times,........"even if the trader does go into a nose dive you can bailout while still in profit, if you profit in the first few months".Most good traders have been burnt once or more.I watch the account and am happy with the trading style.Also my eggs aren't all in the one basket by any means.

I do have an independently audited, Live verified trader with a great three year history that one client is ready to start with.It is a 10K start and the average monthly profit of 2013 was only 1.95%, but the manager communicates reliably through email and alot of people want that 12 months or more Live Trading record.My heart will always be with the smaller fish investor though so really hoping Thread Author keeps thriving.

The first thing I look for is good steady profit curveThe second thing I look for is 1 years verified live trading because so many great accounts crash within the first year. However if you can start for as low as 1K, see the equity and balance at all times on your MT4 and have control of the account at all times, 5 or 6 months of verified live trading will do.The third thing I look for is Drawdown under 10% and about the same as the monthly profit.because if you profit for the first few months you have a very good chance of being successful.It is just simple, beautiful maths. God these charts are so infuriating to understand:If I go to the first link you show me: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/IFG30and then I select this account: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/IFG30/ifg-60115-middle-way-rvd/221178 I see this huge loss of pips on the green bar, but no corresponding dip in balance or Equity?Half the accounts listed on this site don't even describe how you can invest with them or what the minimum investment is?

How many pips should a reasonable trader make a month?Hopefully pip means the same thing to most people- The smallest currency pair measurement that you set a financial value to as I understand it.I am just trying to see whether I even make the credible trader graph even though I am not losing.Best I don't influence peoples opinions by saying whatever my latest count is.

Hi, The big green downward bar in October...that is a 65% Drawdown from the month before isn't it? If so, just wondering why it isn't shown on your profitability and equity growth lines?

It probably is, but the I need to understand what type of Drawdown is a Drawdown from original deposit???Answer:I have been burned a number of times in forex, so essentially I am seeking very safe trading that won't go below 5% of original deposit, that won't risk more than 1% of account per trade and where I maintain control to close trades if it does.I am happy to rent an investor password to an MT4 platform from a trader who can show a 6 month account that can be verified as live and that has been traded with parameters similar to above.Obviously once the account hits 10-20% profit...
