Hi everyone,

If you are interested in trading other people’s money, please post details about your results here.
A verified real money account on myfxbook would be good, but not absolutely required at this point.
Please compile results and extract some statistics for posting them here. Specifically I'm interested in:

1) how long have you been trading for, any methods or systems
2) how many trades / month does your current system generate
3a) what is the maximum trade duration for the last 100 trades
3b) what is the average trade duration for the last 100 trades
4) what is the average pip/trade over the last 100 trades
5a) what is the Pips Expectancy of your current method
5b) what is the Expectancy Ratio of your current method

Pips Expectancy = ( Average Pips Win * Winning Trades % + Average Pips Loss * Losing Trades % ) / 100
Expectancy Ratio = Pips Expectancy / Average Pips Loss

Thank you for your interest!

Remus

I'm getting tired with all these posts looking for money managers. Why not use the systems sections? https://www.myfxbook.com/systems

I agree %100 = ( 10000 * 50% + 10000 * 50% ) / 100 😄

That's say a lot of bad things about that system's section. 99.9% is complete garbage.

James_Bond, Chunky Monkey and Steve Walker,

I'm actually looking for successful traders, whether they use automated systems or just manual trading. I checked the systems sections and found a lot of stuff there, and now I'm looking for humans who want to make decisions about what systems to trade (including manual strategies), when to stop trading or reduce the lot size, be able to tweak them when the market changes, and so on.

I don't see how your comments add value to this thread, so please post something of value for everyone reading here, if you care to share.

Have a great day everyone!

Thanks signalrouters, I added you to my watchlist. It's ok if you just started, I'm patient. I'm equally looking for traders with already proven successful track record, as well as for motivated ones who are just starting.

😄 If you are mocking up my Pips Expectancy formula, the Average Pips Loss is a negative number, so you should have written (10000 * 50% - 10000 * 50%) / 100, and that's equal to 0 (which is actually much better than the performance of many of the systems you can find in the referenced section 😄)

I mean I want someone to assist the automated trading strategy, if that's what is used for trading. I am of the opinion that even if you have a good 100% automated trading strategy, you should monitor the market conditions, and at the minimum pause the strategy when the market conditions are not favorable for it.

If you want to go the extra mile, you should tune your strategy regularly, to reflecting the changing market. I know there is the opposing view, which says a good strategy should perform no matter what the market does, but that's just not the way I see it.

And also I believe you should use multiple trading strategies, and selecting which ones you give more weight, again depending on the market conditions, is one thing that humans can do better than machines, imho.

I see from your reply you might have thought I intended to 'point to others', and that's not at all the case. Hope my replied clarified things and you can see now what I wanted to say.
