Love the site, I'm recommending it to everyone I know involved in Forex.

I have two questions. I have some 'Open Trades' that show on my system page, but are not actually open trades within my Oanda account. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean those up?

How often do we need to update our 'Transaction History' link in our Settings, when using Oanda?
I assumed that each link was good through that or the following trading day, so I've been saving a fresh link following the close of my most recent trading day... too often?

Thanks in advance,
K-

KJKraus, thank you for the nice comments!

Open trades issue - our team is checking it; you will be contacted privately.

Regarding the history link - it expires daily at midnight GMT, so update the link accordingly.

Please contact us directly with any issues regarding your account as the response will be much quicker (Private message or the contact form).

Thank you.

I had a similar issue with 2 open orders which as far as I can see dont exist in my oanda account. I've removed the account from myfxbook but could add it again if the myfxbook team need more examples.

I'm of course slightly worried that in actual fact the orders do exist and its oanda thats confused.

freestylefx, please feel free to add it again and we'll take a look to see what's causing the open trades to show up - contact us directly if you do add it again.

This is not a problem on Oanda's side, but on ours.

Thank you.

The account is small and effectively shelved for now but should I need to re-add it and the issue occurs again I will be sure to contact you directly.

thanks for the top response as always
