You should update the history link in your account settings.

My account is not pulling history past beginning of Sept. I have a live IBFX account. I chatted with customer service, they have deleted history on the MT4 platform past Sept. Although I can use the web access to retrive past data in excel, the issue is myfxbook cannot see my trades prior to Sept. I have been running fully automated since January and would like to use myfxbook to use as an anaylsis tool and to show results to others. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue with IBFX? Aloha.

jolly321, there is no difference between a live and a demo account.

Please refer in the help section for instructions on connecting an account http://www.myfxbook.com/help .
