For myfxbook users who do not want to share their performance (private), do they need to submit their investor password for this verification systems?

It is totally obligatory, it's up to you to decide if to provide us with these details or not.

In the case of private use, there is really no need to provide these details.

Metatrader trades can be very easily copied, if you provide investor password 😕 You just use a SW like
'MetaTrader 4 CopyTool' :-( So I don´t think it is a good idea to share investor password

This feature is for your own advantage to attract clients using a validated track record.

If you are not comfortable giving away your investor password (which you will have to give away eventually if a potential client asks you to) then don't. This is completely optional 😄.

The investor password is not shared with anyone. It is used by our servers to download authenticated data from your broker's servers.

How do you differentiate the investor password of a REAL account from a DEMO account? As I understand, REAL or DEMO account has investor password.

Once we have the investor password, our systems login automatically using it and compare the data against the data on our servers.
