Custom Service is very poor. The only way to contact the company is through the online chat system and the people are very slow to do anything. They also don't communicate very well about what they are doing. Plans are very cheap but lack of customer service is a huge drawback. Especially when they reset their servers unannounced.

With UCVHOST I have never had issues with the uptime of my server. I had only one technical issue recently in my last 5 years of hosting with them. I went online and chatted with them, and they created a new VPS for me and restored all data from the old one to the new VPS. They did all this in just 10 mins. Their support service as well as their speed of service is really nice. They didn’t even charge me for it though it was my fault because of which the server was facing the issue.
And what I else I was surprised to see a mail from their support team that they had given me 15 days VPS for free. So in my next billing they just charged me for half month and I had used it for full month. WOW is the word for them. |

UCVHOST is the best!!!!!!
They gave me the freedom to install any EA and use any choice of broker. All this at a price of $12, is really good. This comes in my budget. I am using their services past 11 months, and haven’t faced any issue with the uptime as well as the support services. I think I will stay with them for longer. |

Non responsive customer service. Had my VPS down for hours before to have someone answering my email and taking action.
No way to reboot remotely. Cheap! I recommend it for DEMO forward testing only. Many thanks to MyFXBook to show the 'Member Since' dates for the posts. Very helpful to gauge the reliability of comments. |

I've been using their ForexVPS Lite for 3 months. The only reason I still stay with them is they are cheap and I prepaid for the charges. There're problems with my VPS, sometimes I can't login to my server because 'invalid password' but I didn't change my password (have I been hacked?). I've to wait till their support chat is 'online' (I'm Asian...wait till Asian afternoon time) to call for help to reset/reboot my VPS. It's really bad if it is down when I'm asleep as my EAs may stop working. Although I can remote reboot my VPS...but only in the case I can login with 'correct password'. I always suspect my VPS was down during that time, but their customer service denied it..then why my EAs didn't enter trades while the EAs' official published trades?

We have gone through the above reviews and can have also got them verified by our lawyer that these views have been put by our ex-staff Aditya Chandra. He was turned out of the company for committing a fraud and that is the reason why he now wants to defame UCVHOST.
A subpoena is being served to this guy for defaming UCVHOST. He hides his identity and puts reviews on various sites with various names. You can check webhostingjury.com for the proof. We have given proofs for these reviews and proved them to be fake and false.He puts same comments with different names on the same dates. YOU CAN CHECK THE ABOVE REVIEWS. They all have been put by the same guy except Twilight_Forex who is a competitor and is just making his backlink for google search here. He is also trying to cross sell his product here. All the above reviews state that UCVHOST does not have a good support service. To this all we can say is that just visit www.ucvhost.com |

Also Twilight_Forex and philippe07024 are saying that comments are suspicious. Even we are saying that all these comments are suspicious.
An you have to register to post. If someone was not registered here on this site and has tried us for the first time then he will definitely register now only. Support UCVHOST didnt have an account on this site. So we registered today. We cant see malicious acts going on the internet and then still keep quiet. Aditya Chandra has started putting comments since last 6 months so we have to act now right!!!!!!!!! But this we very much agree that all the comments here are suspicious |

Please do some research, tell me what this product is that I am trying to 'cross sell' here? I'd love to know what it is I have for sale. I see no point in using a VPS when you can have a dedicated server for only £49 with dual core and 2Gb to yourself, I can't remember the company name, but shop around and see who your real competitor is. People spend a few €£$ and realise they should have just done it right in the beginning with a dedicated machine. And please don't take this as a dig at your company (I have never used your specific service), I am making a point that if you are serious about trading you need to be serious about your setup, and a VPS is not reliable enough for serious trading. www.twilightforex.co.uk |
