phil posted: Doesn't everyone not set thier own stop loss by percentage of account.
No. The percentage affects the lot size. The stop loss is always around 200 pips (sum of 3 positions).

I did not get those trades either. I sure am happy for that! But what's happening is very worrisome.

Hoping tomorrow's summit will lift the euro and GBP, and get us out of the drawdown...
therebox posted: Yes, you are right FxPapa. Both are ECN but one has commission and the other doesn't. The account with commission closed in profit before while the other remained open closing only when the trade in the official account closed.
Probably because the account with commission has a lower spread :)
therebox posted: So more 20 pips and all are lost.
20 pips divided by 3 (positions), meaning a small drop of 6.7 pips in price.
therebox posted: Hi everyone, Looking at FxPapa’s real account, it’s possible to notice that both times the EA had 3 trades open in these 6 months were on Tuesdays. Examining FxPapa’ strategy, I found in the period of 2 years 3 trades open 9 times
What I can take from that statistic is that, in the last 2 years and 4 and a half months (2010, 2011, and January to middle May, 2012) there would have been 11 "3 trades situations". This gives us an average of one '3 trades situation' every 2.59 months (from the beginning of 2010 to the present).

FxPapa, Are you still trading this week? Or was this all, the 'gift' you had for us, this week? Regards

[I hadn't seen FxPapa's response, so my post doesn't make sense now and I deleted it.]

FxPapa, My broker has now a MT5 ECN account. I don't know about execution, but at least the spreads are supposed to be lower. I'd like to give it a try. Do you have a MT5 compatible version of the EA? Regards

Hello FxPapa, I was making some calculations, the other day, and got the strong impression the SL/Max. Drawdown is 200 pips. Is this correct? Regards
