Just an official congratulation. I like the new Help Wizard. Things are getting smoother. A Lot of work being put into this site. BlueMental.
Growth Chart In Suggestion Box Apr 16 2010 at 06:48
I mentioned this before, I bring it up again to refresh the memory. Before I mention it, I will give an explanation regarding why it is most useful. $100 traded 5 days in a row @ 4% gain per day = 100 * 1.04^5 = $121.67 $100 traded 20 days in a row 4% gain per day = 100 * 1.04^20 = $ 219.11 You get the idea... So when hovering over the little circle on the growth chart, the only % Gain/Loss shown is from inception of the account. It is useful to know the total Gain/Loss on the account, but that info is already shown in top left of the chart. Monthly, Weekly and Daily % Gain is v......

OK, here is what I did. I closed my Twitter connections, both in Myfxbook, and on Twitter Settings. Then I recreated the links on Myfxbook. They are now working 100% again. It must have been some corrupt data that crept in to something somewhere. I also used the prefix, and it is great. Simpler than separate Twitter accounts for each Forex system.

Wise idea Elkart. Like perhaps a 2 character prefix. Should be enough to not exceed the length. "D1" for demo account 1, "L1" for live account 1 etc. Staff, I am sure that the Twitter thing will work itself out eventually. I will leave it for a few more days, and if it still continues I will cancel then re-open the Twiiter to Mfxbook link. That should fix some Gremlins have crept in there. Thanks.
I tried using a name the first time I set up an account and it gave me a report that it could not find the account (or words to that effect.) that was november last year. perhaps I had done something wrong though, as I see that it does work now. Thank you.

for the past 2 days, my twitter feed has been eratic. My last trade shown on Tweeted was 9 hours ago (a sell of 7.9 lots) the trade was closed and another opened and closed after that. Yet the closing of that trade did not get Tweeted, neither the opening and closing of the following trade. Also several trades prior to the 7.9 lots trade did not get Tweeted. Something odd is happening there. My Live account is also set for Tweeting, could it be causing the problem as I did not set the setting to all accounts to tweet from the same setup? Also it does not Tweet the System Name, so one can n......
When setting up an account, there is no edit field for the system name, and one can not set it up unless one uses the account number in the name field. My demo account '349482' has the same number as it's System Name. It would be useful and more descriptive to use a name, like 'BlueMental' as the system name. Strangely, I find many descriptive names for other peoples systems, but I can't set mine up with a name. Am I missing something, or are there separate name and acc number fields that I am not seeing? Thanks, BlueMental Aha. The name can be changed once the system is active. It is a bi......
Greetings. In the portfolio chart, if one hovers over the circle on the line graph, a popup of the monthly percentage gain/loss appears. It would be nice if together with that, the percentage for the day and the week also shows. Jan 6, M:-15.02% W:-1.24% D:+9.87% Something similar to the line above. Thank you.
They need not be at the same time, it is quick to log in to other account (this is not for scalping, so a few pips here or there makes little difference) Only thing that is to get them via the same broker, the loaded sata in the publisher is whichever one was last in. I suppose that running a second also does the trick... Just rename terminal as account number for ease of identification and slap a shortcut on the quicklaunch bar for each. (duh... never thought of that) Thanks.
Hi, I am currently running two demo accounts with the same broker. I am using the myfxbook EA, but it gets the ftp url and the passwords etc. from the publisher (which is disabled) data. It would be nice if the info could be added to the EA as external strings/integers and be taken from there which enables me not to have to change it in the publisher data to update each time. I have looked at the EA code, and I can see that the FTP path can be set to a separate path than used in the publisher, but I am not able to find if the same can be done with the password. It seems that this is someth......
