Again a very VERY good day for NumberOne: over 75 pips collected yesterday...
Please note that on our forum I posted the set file used on my two FxPrimus trading account. And I did that not today (I reposted the set files) but after the FxPrimus change of the stop level & freeze level values. I think that if you want to test NO on non-EURUSD pairs you need to stay-in-touch on our forum pages, of course I do not own "the truth" and I don't know exactly the best settings for every pair but probably I have a safer approach than yours. Regards, l.
Settings apart if you have lost a big sum and you're afraid of that you are probably over trading. If you read carefully the manual you need to stay in line with your risk, to accept till 10 losses in a row and keep smiling. This is a safe risk percentage value. If now, after a big loss you're forced to reduce the trading size, you're probably going to repeat again the classic error of the wanna-be-an-automatic-trader: reduce the size when the EA lose and increase it after a big profit. My advice is to stick with a risk, an acceptable risk, for a long time. In this way the new NumberOne offe......
The new version of NumberOne (v1.5.2.0) plus the new specific settings for FxPrimus & EURJPY seems to works very well. Today +41.9 pips crunched grinded on crazy spikes, we can't ask better.
The new version of NumberOne (v1.5.2.0) plus the new specific settings for FxPrimus & EURJPY seems to works very well. It trades with a lesser frequency but it trades good. Today +30.9 pips crunched... I think that I will increase the trading size. [smiley]
Remember that a NumberOne's users are not forced to trade only relatively little price movements (like the default of 20 pips). You can set NumberOne to scalp only very big movements (let's say 30-40 pips in a minute) and do nothing on lesser impulses. In this way you will trade a considerable lesser number of times... but with a considerable better accuracy and r/r ratio. In this account I set NumberOne for 22 pips of movement as initial trigger for a potential trade search (in terms of the EA parameters TRIGGER_LENGTH=22).
A group reply to previous questions: Actually NumberOne is running with positive results on: - ILQ - Solidary Markets - IC Markets - Pepperstone - FxPrimus - FinFx Every user experience, custom logs, settings, proposals, ideas... are analyzed on the SteadyOnFx forum. Remember that the incoming release of the new NumberOne (v1.5.2.0) will allow to define a trading group, in simple words you can put 4 EAs on 4 different pairs, with different setup and be assured that only a single NumberOne will trade at a given time. In this way you can create a net of NumberOne, every EA observe a given ......
Well... just restarted and a few money collected... Till now +9.3 pips for 13€ of profit circa. Not a bad start at all! [lol]
Just a service note: In the next days this account will be refunded and trades will start again on FxPrimus. [smiley]
It traded again... and with very good results!
