Mine closed (paper trading) on collective fx in profit - I never intercede with the ea's trading.

EA portfolio tweaked as of Jan 2011. Settings changed on one bad performer; some moved onto the bench in favour of more stable performers.

Hi godz_shaker May I try a demo version of this EA also please? Are you planning on making it commercially available? Thanks Mark

I agree with RPP123. The strategy is a long-term one - it's not designed to fight the market for every single pip. The developers are responsive and don't come across like the average EA marketer. That said - they haven't done themselves any favours by starting this account with (as they have acknowledged) wildly risky settings in order to attract attention, which has the effect of giving people unrealistic expectations as to the timeframe for returns. And I also am waiting for the restart fix before trading this live. Demo account up 5% though...

Hi - I was keeping tabs on the 'Tradingcompany 7' account which seems to have disappeared (or rather, been made private). What happened with that one please?

Why so funny?

Lolik: not that I've got anything to do with TulipFX (other than having bought Kangaroo), but as I'm getting exhausted by the Vaudeville cross-talk act: Average Win: 18.31 pips / $534.98 Average Loss: -13.27 pips / -$392.62 based on 32 seconds' analysis having uploaded the AUDUSD backtest TulipFX posted above into the myfxbook strategy analysis applet. You can see it at http://www.myfxbook.com/strategies/kangaroo-audusd/2754 - I'll leave you to do the EURUSD yourself. If you're trying to work out the 'pip expectancy' then of course you'll need to factor the above data into the strike rate......
primeval posted: Don't worry if I make money here of not, I have plenty of money and much more than you for sure, this is just a game for me...
As a (hitherto) prospective client I can't say I find that reassuring. You have this EA running on a PAMM account, trading other people's money. Is that just a game too? How about the people who spent USD 600 on the previous version of the EA which I understand is less profitable and which, nevertheless, you won't update - do you think they consider this just a game? If you're trading your own account - that's fine. Once you start......
Like the watermark suggestion - easy to implement and cuts through the nonsense about 'this is real i.e. it's not a backtest'.
At the moment, the top left section of Monthly Analytics (Monthly Gain) shows gain vs the original account size. It would be good also to have the option (perhaps just another tab within Monthly Gain) to show gain vs the account size on the first of the relevant month. This would assist with monitoring consistency of a strategy.
