My account has this issue also. The site officals told me that my account's credentials are incorrect but I did not change anything. I think this is due to a technical problem arising from the site.

Laguerre.ex4 cuts 0.15 level from below to above (main condition)
MACD 3 COLOUR.ex4 on just above 0 level(main condition)
EMA Crossover Signal.ex4 arrow turns to up and green in color(main condition)
BBANDS~1.ex4 first signal occurs and it is in green color(secondary condition)
SLOPE:Light blue and turns to up(secondary condition)

Yes I have been trying their demo accounts since june 2012 and sofar so good but I do not have any experience on their live account.
