because they are a broker. They can set as terms of business they wish. If everyone were to read every single line of brokers' terms of business, we may not even want to trade anymore

All brokers' terms of business are there to protect themselves first. Clients are never protected.

yeah, and any idea what their margin call conditions are? i was suffering drawdown and it kicked me out. the trade became profitable but too bad, because i got kicked out.
