This is a complicated question. The "block user" option has been around for ages. It's not a new addition. I remember a few dodgy guys, when I asked them about a real account, they kept PM spamming me with bollocks like "come chat with me on skype, I'll give you the investor pass", and all that. I just put them on the blocked list and they can ... jog on. [lol] Now the "block user" button has 2 functions and there's a big difference between 1. a personal block list - keeps those manlike apes from PMing you /which I think is a good idea/ and 2. the possibility o......

Good idea, done that a million times, just with FTP, and not a web upload. It would be a tad simpler with a web interface.
