Psychologically, Trading in teams has never worked well.It always ended up the same way - Losses.Everyone in the team is looking at and waiting for the leader; to decide, to show directionIf everyone is equal then, it is even worse. Opinions as many as there are the teammates. In the end, everyone is correct but still there is no profit. On contrary, training in teams are the best way to start in this business.Learn from the best, but never look over somebody' shoulder. IMHO

I simply think that in the range it is relatively safe to average down; range will always (98%) pull combined trades into the profit. So, in other words, working with S/R is somewhat similar to "catching knives" - working the peaks. If selected trading time frame and the size of your deposit can withstand the DD then you will be OK.
