I have been using MXC Forex platform for more than one year and what I could say is the customer support services are superb! They are very patient in guiding you from client registration to funding and to trading, even provide various kinds of trading tools to aid newbies in trading.

The spreads are around 1.8-2.5, which are considered normal for me. Their trading account usually doesn't charge commission, except for Mini and Jarvis account, in which they claim that the commission is charged for ECN as well as payment to tool providers.

Regarding to the trade execution, I manage to execute my orders easily and instantly. They claim to be a STP broker, where during news hour the trade will be executed only when there is liquidity provided. They are using HKDC and have a ping of around 50.00 ms.

MXC Forex provides various deposit and withdrawal methods, such as bank transfer, Neteller, Skrill, Fasapay, Union Pay and Perfect Money. My deposit is processed instantly via Neteller and Skrill, which I could recommend all to use if you need to make deposit urgently to prevent margin call. The longest time taken with the bank transfer is around 2 hours, which I would say is reasonable. I have tried to withdraw few times during my trading life with MXC Forex, and the speed of withdrawal is fast! Sometimes I could get my money just within 1 hour!

They have various channels for customer support services. You may find them through their website to live chat with them, or you could chat them with Skype, WhatsApp and WeChat. I could say they are everywhere when you want to find them.

They offer a very high IB commission, which is up to 8 USD per lot for my client's trading! This is very high as compared to most of the brokers! This broker might be new in the industry, but the services are excellent. I would recommend my Asian friends to trade in this broker.😄
