ETXCapital (FCA:124721)

Steals profit clients. This happened repeatedly in different people. Treat the word contract at will. No logical explanation.
At this time, the process starts over them in FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

ETX Capital one of the worst broker that I have ever tried:
-unreliable, low-qualified support
-long withdrawal time (I had to contact them 3-4 times during a week to arrange a simple withdrawal)
-weak website with full of bugs
-chaotic operation
-phone numbers can't be reached, or client has to wait long time
-head of partner department is scammer
-compliance department doesn't work properly

Regarding number two, specifically, if your account is inactive for 90 days then they charge a £15 GBP fee for each month thereafter as far as I know.

2) good customer services

I trade the FTSE uk100 & their spread is one pip. That's about as low as anywhere. What instruments are you specifically talking about?

The trading platform is great and most important of all it is simple to use with a lot of different trading tools. Additionally the customer services are always helpful and provide a great bonus on deposits. i would 100% recommend using etxcapital who I have been trading with now for 2 years and have no compliments at all.
