Leverage is very important in trading. If a trader wants to make a consistent profit, he has to work with proper leverage.

This is something i learned very fast but also leverage gives the small trader the ability to make decent profits along the way, its all about using risk management and SL on your positions to keep your money safe

Yea you need to be careful with leverage as it can blow your account quickly but at the same time I do believe it can be very useful for growing a small account if you know what you’re doing.

Leverage can be a great danger, if you don't have enough knowledge about it.
Of course, leverage is very important in trading. The lower the leverage selected, the lower the risk.

Yes, leverage is important in forex business, without leverage maybe retail trader they cant take part in forex trading because to buy 1 lot need real value contract size $100.000, with leverage trader can trade in small portion even start using 0.01 lot size still okay.

there is no such right or wrong. one thing is to be taken care that leverage is double edged sword.The higher the leverage, the higher is the profit and higher is the loss

Using leverage in account forex trading should to understand, maybe there are trader like to use high leverage like as 1:1000, in my opinion, this leverage only endangers account if you cant control decision trading, basically using such leverage will allow the trader to open bigger lot size and this possible become nightmare for the trader.

Yes of course, leverage helps a lot in reducing risk. So to maintain the risk, a small leverage should be selected.

Without leverage, traders with small capital like us will not be able to trade. It gives us enough liquidity to open a trade. Otherwise we would need 1000$ capital just to open.01 lot.

@Akasuki I agree with you. Without leverage we won't be able to trade anymore. Leverage gives us the power to open trade with small capital.
