I need anyone to break the code which is in EX4 file and make it work in all MT4 platform.

Its an indicator used in MT4 platform.... its not the property or an asset of IBFX...
Its a code if needed we can break and use...

Actually I write my own custom indicators/trading all the time without breaking into other peoples code.

This information is freely available on the internet, google it and learn it the honest way.

I can't do it because I've never tried. And I won't ever try. It's very obviously morally and ethically wrong. So no ones going to help you since they're very likely to get a knife in the back moments later.
Besides, that's information you just call from the broker. Take about 1 minute to write those EA's. Which I could do, but considering what kind of person you are, go figure it out yourself.
