Momentum seems definitely bearish in short term. If it breaks 1.2530, I would watch for a next support at around 1.2510 on a h1 chart.

I read a lot about the pros and cons of MT5 but I believe it is only a matter of time for MetaQuotes to fix all issues and pick up the missing pieces to make MT5 truly superior. I plan to give it a try at some point in the near future.

The pair has been quite bullish the whole day today moving down fast towards 1.0625 as a strong support level. Quick sell trades could be a good option.

I am wondering if there is a good tool for free to create dashboards in excel or maybe some online spreadsheets tool. I like the idea about the dashboards as it gives a good overview at a glance.@mcsuperb I would add that taking notes if some new ideas are coming into your mind could be useful, not to push your brain to memorise a lot of information. As you see the markets moving and evaluating your performance, you may note some useful points and develop them further on a later stage.

Great discussion overall!I would add just the point that across the EU there is a directive that says the broker should provide always the best possible execution of the orders. I think that any case where the price differs significantly from a publicly respected source, such as Bloomberg, could be filed to the regulators for investigation. Not sure if such execution rule exists in the US though.

I would like to get at least 2 times higher return on my investment on annual basis compared to other alternatives such as holding my money in a bank deposit. This is what I expect to achieve at some point.@SaltyWaters I like your approach and it reminds me about NLP actually.

Hi guys, this is a great topic to discuss!To me the comparison done by sandysr above is a bit confusing as it mixes up different terms. For example, the revenue models for the market makers he presents are quite applicable to banks which are actually also market makers. But for brokers making the market - the main source of income is the loss of the clients. I don't think that ECN corresponds to a brokerage model, it is just the place where orders are submitted.
