Hello Guys, I was here for the whole week asking Doug to settle my refund for Vortex Pro Trader I've purchased. I've received the refund Yesterday at the correct amount from Doug. Maybe I was wrong about Doug, due to 4 weeks waiting for the money to return back to my Paypal. Whatever the thing it is, I feel like I have to let you guys know about the refund, Otherwise I don't have to be here. I also like to convey the message to others who are still waiting for theirs, to keep following up to Doug. You will get back your money even though if you have to wait a little bit longer. But...

Trust is the main thing that greedy people take for Granted, once you screw that up .... you will NEVER get it again! You have reputation to protect Doug, it's not worth it!!!! When you pay back my refund money, I'll come back here & update that you are doing the right thing. I don't like to waste my time to Doug....

Why do people who probably already have large amounts of money are motivated to steal more money from others ??? There must be psychological reason behind it!!! They feel so strong when they hold peoples money in their hands. It's kinna hard to understand .... they think they are so arrogantly smart!!!

This is what I am talking about.... it'll take months to cover your lost in a day which wiped out your months gains. You'll be lucky if you are not loosing another 4. The vendor is great with his data on the report because he knows the EA's trading rules. He can manage it manually. What if this happened to us??? We never know what is the entry/exit rules. How do we manage it manually?? I'm still waiting for my refund, it has been 3 weeks requesting for it.... wonder why it's still not done yet!!!

It's not about how much money you can make, it's entirely about trading against the trend. When there is high impact news, you'll need 4 months to cover 4 losses. If you are lucky enough not to lose another 4!! We are having hard times when the refund process took us more than 2 weeks. If he is so busy, get assistant!!!. You don't need to be a good trader to process the refund !!
