Me too. Something like 10%, but it’s hard to do it consistently. Some months your trading assets are in trend and you make more, some months, everything consolidates, and you barely hit breakeven.

Accepting the loss. It’s one of the hardest things in trading and I think this distinguishes successful traders from the rest. I learned this through personal experience. I know that accepting 20% loss on your account is extremely hard, but it’s better to be down by 20% than blow your account.

I can only rely on my own experience, so its a sample size of 1, but to me, usability doesnt matter at all. The quality of the systems matters. The most 'usable' systems are usually the most dumb ones. They are made for people who don't really know trading, and they lack the tools and the complexity.This is why MT is way less popular than TV, for example.
