You could try a centsaccount with Instaforex as well. Max leverage 1:1000.And their 1.0 lot is 10'000 units where most other brokers 1.0 lot is 100'000.On a centsaccount with min. 0.1 lot this is 10 unit trades - you can get a long with just 10 bucks :-)CheersSoeren

Hi all.Started out with only trading EURCHF and AUDNZD, but adding AUDCHF, EURAUD and EURNZD today.Threw in an extra tradingsystem today which I found following the link from the trader with this backtest: https://www.myfxbook.com/strategies/ea-v675-v2/553Managing trades with TP=100$, SL=150$ and JumpingStop starting at 1$ profit.Using AccountCloseAtProfit 200%, means, when the account doubles, all open trades are closed, and all the systems can start over.CheersSoeren

Hi guys.I think most problems with reqoutes can be solved by having a VPS located close to your preferred brokers server. Instaforex's servers are placed in Singapore (2 datacenters) and USA (5 datacenters).Get the IP address of the servers and ping them, some VPS-hosts provide ping-times to various brokers servers as well.From my position (Denmark) my pingtimes to Instaforex servers are:Instaforex-Cents.com: 166InstaForex-Singapore.com: 37Instaforex-USA.com: 167In my case, no need for VPS, I think <40ms is adequate for forextrading.CheersSoeren

Hi Staff.If historic Equity is to messy/difficult, just start recording the Equity% from now on, I know that won't show previous Equity%'s, but that's alright by me :-)CheersSoeren

Hi.I suggest to show the lowest Equity% ever achieved, like you have the highest balance ever.As you already show the current Equity% next to current Equity, it should be easy - add an extra line, and if(LowestEquity%

Refreshing every page in general...Like when Tour de France is being held, the Danish TV-channel TV2, has made the webpage refresh itself every 10 seconds.Extra traffic i guess, that's why 5 minutes may be easier to handle.Tabs: Home, Portfolio, Strategies, Systems, Community and reviews.Luxury :)CheersSoeren

Oh d... I was changing the programming, thought I had it right :(, resulting in the very steep drop today. Thank God it's only cents and not Euros.I think I've got it right now, and (maybe) I won't make too many changes from now on.When drawdown is close to zero, I'll close the remaining orders, and move the money to a new account. This way the statement will reflect the EA as it works now, and not previous versions, including typoes, bad timing compilings, wrong code and so on...CheersSoeren

I think Instaforex has a max 200 trades limit on demo, but if you open a centsaccount with them you get 500 trades limit and trade minimum 10 units with 1 unit lotstep (0.0001 standardlot and 0.00001 steps). Great for testing live without losing too much money if the EA's bad.

Just killed a whole bunch of old orders - stupid me forgot to synchronize old Magics with the new program.Hopefully, I won't do any more changes to make such a mistake once more.Let that be a lesson, don't make changes, compile and forget the old magics, buhuu.😭

Made some major changes this weekend, still gridtrading, but trendstrategy has been changed.I've disabled currencypairs, which would give a gridseparation above 100 pips, changed the risk and the traded gridarea.

I know Equity doesn't look that good, but its actually been lower, I saw it hanging around 3800 sometime yesterday.Since this is a centaccount, I wanted to try Risk 10 on the full grid to see what happens. Equity is now up to 4100 and since my original deposit was only 3657, I'm going to let it run.I've started up a demoaccount, where I have the default settings, Risk = 2, GridArea = 0.0 and TrendMultiplier = 2 (this one's new, when the EA finds there's a trend going against the grid it multiplies the lotsize with 2, if it goes with the grid it doubles once more.) Kenny, if the other investor withdraws his 2000$, you "own" the trade. If you close the deal fully, you get the margin back and end up with 4000$ in equity... Guess that means you're off way better than him :)SoerenP.S.If you let the trade run and win, you get all the profits too...

I know you can set a minimum days of investment with a penalty if money is withdrawn earlier.Regarding the withdrawal of money when in DD it could be solved by using Equity as profitmeasure, that means if an investor deposits money > manager trades > balance goes up, but equity goes down > investor has "lost" money and will withdraw money with a loss...
