Yep. Without any notice. EA changed massively. There's a new one to download in the member area with a bunch of new settings.e. g. a risk setting by default a third of the original one.

Stopped trading on Jan 1st 2018.Without any warning!Re-assignin the EA to the chart says "no license", which is weird with a lifetime license.I'm not against copyrighted software, but the has to work.

I find it very funny, how people discuss here.As said before, trading is gambling, there is no way to anticipate the market's future movements.If anybody likes, I can share the scientific works about it.So knowing that, risk management is all that counts. And hence your personal risk bearing ability.That's why I am using this EA, because it doesn't even pretend it could outguess the market.It just trades based on a strict and simple rule and as long as the market doesn't move continuously in one direction it will win, if not, it will blow up your account (when set to 100% risk)...

Actually, there are a couple economists awarded for noble prices, why trading at all can't be successful.Eugene Fama, Robert Merton, Robert Shiller (all separate prices and years)And a lot of studies, that traders never beat the market in long term.e. g. the monkey studySo why should an EA can do it?In the end an EA is the monkey of upper mentioned study ;-)So I rather have my monkey trading, as I know I'm not a lucky trader.

95% winning trades is nice.But on the other hand the average loosing trade is immense.That's what we had in August.

Historical prices won't predict the future.So I doubt, only using the 9 best in backtest would increase your performance.I'm not sure, what's the difference between conservative or normal.

It's a question of greed.For sure, if you risk 100% it will crash the complete account.It' a miracle, that it doesn't have crashed before.And if you get 1000% in a year, you can try with a small amount ;-)Look at all those bitcoin junkies. ;-)

Not much to say here.It will bring you profits until it has a drawdown of 35% (default settings).Question is: How often will the drawback happen?Obviously it didn't happen here by now, but it will!

@Wamski It's a lot to find there, from artificial intelligence to voice services.Head for EC2 and launch a windows vps, that has the "free tier eligible" tag.I recommend to select a datacenter near your broker.

... and honestly, Amazon is one of the largest datacenter operator with multiple reduncy all over the worlds.Big companies are hosting there, so why shouldn't we.The smaller ones are more expensive, because they can't scale there costs.I doubt they are better.

AWS EC2 is a service from Amazon for virtual servers.There are a bunch of low size servers free for 12 month.It's not a dedicated trading platform, but why should it be?@jimcameron Thanks for your impression, which I'd second.That's why I was wondering why it's not on the list.Azure from Microsoft same issue.Mic
