@beren @CrazyTrader Trades aren't synced every 15 minutes but every 3 minutes (was 5 minutes at some point). I don't think syncing the trades on every tick is possible (or logical) but I will forward it to the dev team. Keep in mind that we don't accept scalping strategies, so this does not make much of a difference.Syncing the trades every few minutes actually works for you and not against you as then you can get positive slippage, while syncing as soon as possible will usually result in a slightly better or equal trade entry versus the provider's.

Are you sure it would make any difference? A trader can open 5 live accounts, trade all of them for 3 months and submit the accounts the match the criteria - we can only base our decision based on the available track record.On the other hand, what if a trader fine tunes his system for a year or two (during which he experiences losses) and finally makes it successful, would you still ignore the trading system? You should keep that any successful trading system may experience losses at any time.

The criteria refers to the last 3 months of trading. We do allow the use of custom start before applying to AutoTrade, but once approved for AutoTrade, custom start is disabled.

I must comment on your post - as far as sophistication goes, I can assure you our AutoTrade solution is best of its class. Although you as a user do not have too many settings, you must understand this is by design. AutoTrade copies trades with slippage less then 3 pips; moreover, if a trade can't be copied, it will endlessly keep trying until successful or the trade is no longer valid.

@blackdogFX2 The profit factor is the ratio in percentage between the sum of all the win trades (Gross profit) and the sum of all the loss trades (Gross loss).I do not have any information about the metrics in other websites.

@beren Your image is inaccurate - the entry price was at the bottom of the candle where you've drawn the entry and not at its top. Since there was a slippage of over 3 pips (from the provider's entry), the trade wasn't taken to protect your account. The price was near the entry only a day after, however it wasn't low enough to allow re-entry.AutoTrade is designed to avoid entries when there is high slippage and also it tries to re-enter whenever possible (which wasn't the case this time).I've attached the correct image of entry and exit:https://www.myfxbook.com/files/St...

@craneliu - that is the verification system which is accessing your account on a regular basis to validate the results. If you wish to stop it, you can change the investor password.

delgrodel, the drawdown is calculated based on the systems you choose to simulate. Reaching a 100% means a total loss - try reducing the risk or removing systems to reduce the drawdown.The image you've attached doesn't seem to have a drawdown at all so that might be an error - the dev team is checking it.Thanks.
