It is not an issue. When reducing multiplier, it means your lot size will be decreased. When the calculation reaches a point where a lot size cannot be broken down into smaller pieces (the minimum lot size is 0.01 lots), the only way to offset the risk to the required factor is by increasing balance.Please check the multiplier formula here: https://www.myfxbook.com/autotrade/help#help_9If you have any questions please feel free contact us at

@JoeGfxFrullifer rebates are shown in real-time as reported by the broker and as such, at the end of the month, if any errors are recognized, only then it can be fixed.As to the payment limitation - there is no point of allowing a withdrawal more than once per month since rebates are paid on a monthly basis. As to account - you can withdraw once per month per each trading account, meaning you can withdraw all of your rebates every month.

@Elena_Chopin Please note we do usually pay out rebates between the 1st and the 10th on each month. In your case, you have an account with XM - we are still waiting for the payment from the broker and once it is received, you will receive your rebates as well.Unfortunately, these kind of issues are out of our control - I apologize for the inconvenience.
