It was two positions, and Resolute provider claims there are hidden SL's built into their trades. Problem is they may very well have exit strategies build into their EA, however because their account disconnected from SignalStart, the orphan trades left running on everyone's follower accounts would not have been being managed by their algorithm overnight and therefore had no ability to exit at the right place, as theirs did. People's losses on their follower accounts had nothing to do with SL's or not, it's the fact that the trades became unmanaged "orphan" trades when the signal provider...

To PVInvestments comment earlier: Same thing happened on my account - I have been following Resolute on SignalStart. Two XAU trades closed last night at massive loss, yet in the History it shows that Resolute closed them the day before. I also know for a fact that the trades showed as still running on Resolute's page right up until mine closed, because I was looking at Resolute's % loss in the red.I lost 10% of my account, and only limited to that because I have the multiplier set at 0.5. I've been using ForexVPS for over a year but just by chance yesterday I noticed that they were offering the product I use for substantially less on their website. Price was offered at $496 USD when they charge me $822 USD for the exact same thing. When I queried this their reply was that they changed their prices down but "we are really not required to adjust payment of all existing clients". You would think that a company would seek to look after customers that they have worked hard to get in the door, rather than a churn and burn approach.
