I have found that the best solution is to have a range of EA's that have different styles of strategies to help with the equity curve, so long as they have proved at first in a true backtest to have a chance and then on a LIVE demo, from there I would then go Live.IS true what Waynes said with the setting to set a risk on your account this would not blow up your account but could erode over time possibly if it continually had the losing jumps. I currently have 4 EA's that I have happily gone live with and run another 5 including FX Charger on Live Demo's. All EA's are backtest...

They work for me mate, demo or Live, For me it is all about knowing whats going on and being able to analyze each system on its own accord and within the portfolio.Greg

Evening Wayne,Looks promising mate. Can I recommend that you try FXBlue for analytics and compare to your MyFxbook, I find it is better for the analytics as you can then drill down to the magic number and pair, even time period to check out how individual systems are going. I like you currently have 4 EA's running on a Pepperstone account and like you they are designed as a portfolio to balance the equity curve so long as they are successful. I am currently running FX Steam on my live accounts and seems to do what it is meant to do, have had the occasional full stop out but they have been rare.
