PIP which stands for “point in percentage” is the smallest difference in the change in the price of two currencies. It is basically a unit of measurement to define the smallest change in the value between two currencies. It is the measurement of currency movement. It is also used for ascertaining loss & gains.For example- if the price of EURUSD moves from 1.1402 to 1.1403 this would be one pip.

There is no specific time frame for the usage of a demo account. It completely depends upon the trader how long he wants to stay on a demo. I think a trader must not leave a demo account until he gets fully assured about trading.
